After an incredible first year, we are excited to return to York with an expanded and upgraded event for 2026. This year, we are moving into a larger hall and increasing capacity to 160+ vendor booths, creating one of the largest holiday shopping events in the area.

If you’re looking for a high-traffic, holiday-focused event with strong shopper demand — this is it.

This event is designed to attract serious holiday shoppers looking for unique, non-big-box gifts.

You’ll be part of a curated show featuring:

• Handmade goods & crafts
• Boutique & specialty products
• Holiday décor & gifts
• Specialty food & treats
• Local small businesses & makers

In addition, a 2-day volleyball tournament will be taking place in the connected Hall next door and in the arena across the parking lot, bringing additional built-in foot traffic throughout the weekend.

🧠 Vendor Curation

To maintain a strong selling environment, we carefully review applications and limit oversaturated categories.

Our goal is to:
• Provide variety for shoppers
• Reduce direct competition between vendors
• Create a better opportunity for each vendor to succeed

Approved vendors will be selected based on product type, quality, and overall event balance.

Vendor spaces are available in multiple sizes, including:

10x10 booths
10x20 booths
10x30 booths
20x20 Booths
Larger booth options (limited availability)
Corner and premium placements

Electricity is limited but available for an additional fee. Must be requested in advance.

Full setup details, load-in times, and booth assignments will be provided closer to the event.

• Vendor categories may be capped
• Payment is required to secure your space once approved
• This event is expected to sell out fast! (We had a waitlist larger than our vendor list last year!)
